Enterprise Improvement Vice President - Operations

Job description / Role

Our clients, a leading global boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in enterprise improvement, turnaround and restructuring and financial Advisory are looking for professionals who are result oriented, dynamic, and experienced.

As a Vice President, you will be responsible to lead projects, develop business strategies and to support clients in identifying complex issues critical to the clients’ strategic. Furthermore, you will expand your skills set by delivering high impact operations improvement plans throughout all stages of transformation projects.

Requirements

- 8 - 10 years of professional experience
- MBA from a top academic institution and preferably with professional certification in Lean manufacturing/ management.
- Exposure to one or more of the following areas: Operational improvement including manufacturing (MFO, lean manufacturing), supply chain (Forecasting, Planning, Scheduling and warehouse management), product cost reduction, top line improvement (pricing, growth), Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, process industries.
- Current citizenship; passport holder and/or work authorization in EMEA. Applicants need to have their own documents or work permits in place that enable them to travel and work across the European Union.
- Track record in successful implementation of bringing change improvement at client or company.
- Possess tremendous drive, energy, positivism, ability to work autonomously and as a team player, and ability to be highly analytical and financially savvy.
- Must have excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Up to 100% travel opportunity.
- Fluent in English
