Job description / Role

Our client is a leading global investor in the commercial real estate and hospitality sector. Properties in the London, Maldives, Oman, Mauritius, Turkey just to name a few.

You will have global responsibility for all legal aspects of the firm's affairs including mergers, acquisitions and disposals; joint venture and partner relationships including legal relationships with the companies managing hotels and resorts, residential developments and waterfront developments; financing arrangements; corporate governance; resolution of third party disputes; risk management; company secretarial; and general corporate and commercial advice.


You must have at least 15 years experience overseeing multi million dollar cross border transactions in the real estate space. You should currently be based or have practiced in the UK, Europe, South Africa, Australia, USA.
