HR Manager - Glasgow

Client is an IT solutions firm, seeking an HR Manager to join their fast-paced organisation on a permanent basis. It is an incredibly exciting and interesting opportunity for a strong HR generalist with strong innovation, creation and project management experience to join the team.

Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives. You will ensure they are engaged appropriately to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including talent management, succession and development and leadership. Whilst the role is UK centric it is part of a broader global organisation so an understanding of working in this type of environment is essential.

Requirements

* Experience of working as an HR generalist within a global matrix organisation, preferably within the IT solutions/ Professional services sector
* Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
* Demonstrable ability to work on HR transformation projects and implement change
* Broad experience in all aspects of the HR generalist role including talent, succession planning, restructuring etc
* Experience of driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment
* High level influencing and communication skills
