Lead Planning Engineer - Hospital Project

Job description / Role

My client is a leading European contractor who have an excellent reputation and work on massive construction projects all over the world. They are currently working on the design and construction of a hospital complex on the island of Jersey. They are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Planning engineer to ensure a suitable schedule of works is in place for all items such as buildings, civils, MEP, auxiliary equipment etc to ensure the project is completed on time and to budget.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree or equivalent in a construction related field and should have a proven background working as a planning engineer on large mixed use construction project in the UK and Europe. Candidates must have worked on hospitals and medical complexes covering all aspects such as buildings, civils, MEP, specialist equipments etc and should have experience of working with NEC 3 contracts as a contractor or subcontractor.
