We are seeking a highly motivated Learning & Development Manager with a passion for creating and implementing training programs within the Human Resources department in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.

Description
* Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs within the company.
* Managing and enhancing employee learning and development strategies.
* Coordinating with department leaders to assess company-wide developmental needs.
* Monitoring the success of development plans and making necessary modifications.
* Ensuring all training activities align with the organisation's strategies and objectives.
* Overseeing the administration of the Learning Management System.
* Evaluating employee performance and identifying training needs.

Requirements:
A successful Learning & Development Manager's should have:
* A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in creating and implementing training programs.
* Proficient knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
* Exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
* Manufacturing industry experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial / manufacturing environment.
