Job Overview:
- Develop, manage, coordinate, and execute agreed upon annual sales plan, campaigns, and activities for Europe, Europe non-EU, Middle East, North Africa, Turkey & South Asia to deliver recruitment and sales targets for CATS US and summer programs.
- Develop, manage, and grow key agency account portfolio for CATS Academy.
- Support execution of global sales and marketing initiatives for the CATS Academy brand and Cambridge Education Group.
- Work with the Admissions and Student Advice teams to support optimization of lead nurturing activity and improve conversion rates for CATS Academy.

Key Responsibilities and Capabilities:
- Lead campaign activity in the region for CATS Academy – working with agents to organise events and other promotional activity both online and offline – with the objective of making CATS Academy famous.
- Achieve new student recruitment and revenue targets via Europe, Europe non-EU, Middle East, North Africa, Turkey & -South Asian agents in line with enrolment growth, revenue growth, and ROI objectives.
- Achieve CATS Academy brand recruitment objectives for summer programs.
- Support CATS Academy business unit services (pre/post sales), communication, and student retention.
- Support cross-selling opportunities across the Group’s portfolio (CATS UK, CSVPA, Stafford House, ONCAMPUS, etc.) and liaising with colleagues across the Group to support referral of student leads.
- Manage relationships with the regional agency network, including development of key accounts for CATS Academy.
- Lead on agent management and acquisition across the region for CATS US, including account planning, marketing plans and the management of commercial terms, in collaboration with line management and appropriate regional directors.
- Support, develop and execute the strategy and tactics for channel diversification across the region to deliver short- term and long-term growth objectives.
- Work with the Student Advice teams to optimise conversion of direct and agent-referred students from the region, taking the lead on conversion where required
- Work with the CATS Academy sales and marketing teams on development of strategy, product development and business needs ahead of each academic year.
- Report back to the business on progress against objectives via agreed key performance metrics, providing market and competitor analysis where required.

Requirements

- An individual with a proven track record of success in international student recruitment.
- A track record of performance in student recruitment via European and/or Russian agents, and the supervision of field-based salespeople is desirable.
-Excellent commercial relationship manager, motivating and developing agents partners to deliver against defined growth targets.
-Able to assimilate into and shape the Cambridge Education Group culture: innovative, flexible, energetic and entrepreneurial
-Willingness to travel extensively.
- Educated to degree level or beyond.
- Knowledge of and/or working experience in the US education system or US private high school sector is preferable.
