Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a marketing director to be based for their UK team.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Lead definition and execution strategies across the region.
• Responsible for planning product launches and commercial planning for new products.
• Drive global revenue growth.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Initiating strong collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Work cross-functionally to understand and eliminate complex technical, functional, and business problems.
• Keeping informed and analyzing marketing strategies and trends as well as preparing forecasts.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry in the UK.
• Solid experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Must have strong local market experience.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills.
