Job description / Role
Excellent opportunity for a Mortgage Broker to have a high basic salary and no validation, working for a leading financial services provider based in South West London
Job Purpose:
• Provide a professional Independent mortgage advisory service to all clients
• Recommending the best mortgage product from the whole of the market along with suitable General Insurance products to meet the client’s needs
Specific Duties:
• Working in a team environment the mortgage broker will liaise with various estate agency customers
• Conduct telephone based/face to face mortgage appointments completing a fact find
• All leads and appointments will be provided along with full compliance and mortgage administration support
Requirements
• Applicants must have at least 12 months mortgage advisory experience
• Experience as a mortgage broker is preferred
• Full CeMap qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
The basic salary maximum on offer is £40k + Commission, No validation commission is earned from the first sale + Corporate Benefits
