Job description / Role
Global organisation focusing on Financial Services & Real Estate sector is expanding its highly successful brokerage team, this is an excellent Opportunity to operate at the very top end of the mortgage market.
You will help HNW and International Clients purchase properties across London and the UK and the majority of the mortgages will be in the million plus category.
Job Purpose
• Work with the leads given and develop these into your personal clients
• Maintain high compliance standards
• Represent the Financial Services brokerage arm of the business to a highly professional standard to clients and the broader business community
• Achieve business targets established by the company
• Follow internal process systems
• Maximise the value of private bank mortgage products which are only available on a exclusive basis to you
The package is negotiable with excellent earning potential + Benefits. First year earnings no less than £48-50k
Requirements
• A desire to interact with HNW and UHNW clients
• Some Knowledge of private bank lenders
• Broad knowledge of the UK mortgage market, along with independent mortgage brokering experience
• Full CeMAP qualification
• A proven sales background
• Knowledge and sales experience of protection products
• Strong inter-personal skills
• An excellent compliance track record
• Knowledge of investment mortgage products and terms
• High level presentation skills
