Job description / Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurses who is passionate about delivering great care and have outstanding communication skills.

Job purpose
- To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high personalised standard of residential care which meets the individual needs of residents.
- To ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
- To ensure that the company’s mission statement and core values are carried through all aspects of patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Giving medication and keeping accurate records of this.
- Updating and writing care plans, using best practice.
- Maintain accurate clinical observations of the condition of those we support.
- Interpret the significance of data to the people we support's condition and progress.
- Communicate effectively with those we support, their relatives and co-workers.
- Liaise with medical, para-medical staff and case managers in the delivery of care.
- Maintain standards in accordance with the homes policies and procedures.
- Maintain standards in accordance with the NMC, CQC.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced nurses with experience in any of the following:
- Endoscopy
- Care of the Elderly
- Trauma & Orthopaedics
- Diagnostic Imaging
- Acute Surgery
- Cancer
- Acute Medicine and General care
- Knowledge of English language mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience
- The candidate should be a registered nurse in their respective countries
