Planning Manager

Job description / Role

My client is currently looking for an experienced, ambitious Senior Planner to head up a prestigious projects, Located in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading construction companies, lead an experienced team and work on a truly unique scheme.

Responsibilities for this role include:

Leading the planning team

Establish and update overall project programmes for design, procurement and construction, decanting and commissioning.

Provide an operational planning service to ensure design, procurement, construction, decanting and

commissioning activities are monitored and controlled in respect of time.

Show excellent communication skills and able to communicate appropriately with all levels of personnel.

Obtained an industry relevant degree or a background in the relevant sector.
Advanced knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.

Salary:
GBP 80,000 to 120,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

You will need at least 10 years experience on similar projects and be willing to relocate back to the UK. Previous experience in the UK market is a must, this is a great opportunity to relocate.
