Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

My client a large infrastructure contractor urgently requires a Quantity Surveyor for a large project in the Greater London area (North West).

This will suit an ambitious professional who wishes to join a market leader in the sector, with an excellent opportunity to forge a career with this company.

The position will be project based initially in the Greater London Area (North West) close to the M25.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum Degree / RICS qualification (full time/part time studies)
- 2 years post-graduate experience for qualified candidates through part-time study route
- 4 to 6 years post- graduate experience for qualified candidates through full time study route
- Preference to candidates with experience in infrastructure projects, with NEC3/NEC4 experience
- Must be driven and ambitious and able to manage multiple sub-contracts and client.
