My client is a creative property developer with a fantastic opportunity available to join their west London team. The business is split between investment, fund monitoring, development management, in-house design and quantity surveying. Exciting projects include private members clubs and exclusive hotels in east and central London, along with other high-spec / high-end projects, values from £50Mil.

Requirements

3-5 years PQS experience within a consultancy environment is essential as is an interest in fund / bank monitoring and development management.

The successful candidate will also offer the following:

* A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
* Previous London project experience
* MRICS
* Ideally proven commercial or residential or hotel project experience
* Ideally 3-5 years consultancy experience
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Confidence in client meetings and negotiations
* A personable manner and proven job stability

This role is suited to a Project Quantity Surveyor who may find the larger consultancies offer lots of red tape in terms of progression and becoming involved in other disciplines. This will suit professionals with a genuine interest in the property and construction industry who has the desire to work in a creative, successful environment.
