Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global oil and gas company, who has multiple vacancies for a Sales Leader to join their team in Europe. As the Sales Leader you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day operation of the sales department. You will be responsible for meeting customers requirements and ensuring your team are operating efficiently and effectively.
Your main responsibilities will be to build and maintain strong customer relationships whilst supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance. You will also be accountable for identifying emerging market trends and competitor activity whilst completing and updating the marketing and sales strategy. You will demonstrate high levels of accuracy in preparing and entering information with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have an experience in mooring, winch, rigging and inspection services with knowledge of INCOTERMS and supply chain management. You should be an analytical problem solver with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. It is essential you are fluent in English with either a high school diploma or bachelor’s Degree.
