Sales & Marketing Manager (London, UK) Full Time-Permanent

We are now seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to be based in our Vienna or London office.

Your day to day will include but not limited to:
• Developing a new customer network
• Online sales on Alpinia’s web shop and external web shops
• Maintaining and further growing a sustainable business
• To set and achieve sales and margin
• To obtain and manage customer feedback
• Promote the Alpinia brand at industry events, exhibitions and through marketing activities
• Have gained handover sales and can grow those sales
• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, and scheduling expenditures
• Gathering, investigating, and summarising market data and trends to draft reports
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks

Requirements

• Experience in the cosmetics/health or food supplement industry is essential
• 10 years of sales experience
• Bachelor’s in Marketing or Sales or similar degree; an MSc is a benefit
• Field sales experience
• Online sales experience
• Digital marketing experience
• Product launch experience through various channels
• Key account management
• Understanding of personal care market
