Job description / Role
Senior Architect - London UK
International Architecture Design and Engineering firm with established studios in Asia, Middle East and Europe are launching in London, UK.
They are looking for locally experienced Architects to join the launch team. This team will work on Middle East based projects initially and progressively take on more responsibility over UK based projects.
Currently they require a Senior Architect who is experienced at facing clients in the London market, and delivering large scale Residential and Mixed Use projects locally.
Whilst assisting with projects in the UAE, this Senior Architect will be eventually be taking projects from Design, through documentation, obtaining local approvals and managing locally based London projects from A to Z – construction.
Also assisting in building up the operation in London, assisting with business development and RFP processes, this individual will be a strong team manager to help grow the studio.
Requirements
• With 10-15 years post Graduation, of Bachelor of Architecture, ideally RIBA Part 3 qualified, this individual will have strong A to Z project exposure.
• Excellent technical knowledge, local UK/London building regulations expertise, and Technical documentation experience on Revit is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required to present to clients, manage external consultants and contractors and to drive a team.
Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
