Senior Construction Manager - Major Projects
We are working with the major projects division of one of the UK's leading civil engineering contractors. Having recently been awarded several major (£500 million +) projects across the UK they are now looking to hire the in the key role of construction manager.
The role of construction manager for our client is the critical link and driving force behind all construction related aspects of a project. You will be working closely with the senior management team and client with responsibility for all site based construction and will enjoy being out on site.
Your duties will include:
* Developing good working relationships and close liaison with clients.
* Managing health, safety and environment issues.
* Maintaining a high standard of quality work.
* Safely will be advantageous as will experience of working with the CDM regulations and ISO9001 quality processes.
* Knowledge and experience of Primavera P6, online project collaboration tools, Microsoft Project, the Microsoft Office suite of applications will be beneficial.
