Senior Interior Designer - Design Focus

Job description / Role

Design focused Senior Interior Designer is required for expanding International office in London.

• Responsibility for implementing the project plan and ensuring all items of project deliverables are delivered on time.
• Aiding the Lead Architect with all aspects of concept design and development, presenting to the client innovative design solutions, and ensuring the design intent is upheld over the course of the project.
• Ensuring mood boards, material selections and design documentation support the concept design.
• Responsibility for the design development of projects from concept to completion.
• Responsibility for utilising correct design standards i.e. BS etc.
• Liaising with sub consultants, suppliers and clients to ensure successful project delivery of large scale residential, and hospitality projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ working experience in an Architectural Practice
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized international university.
• BIM and Revit experience.
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK on a permanent basis.
• Hospitality projects experience.
