Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Linum Consult’s client is currently seeking a Senior Construction Planner from a main contractor background. This is for a very high profile building project in Central London for a major international main contractor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Project planning and CPM schedule development
• Resource planning, milestone and constraints identification, cost and budget schedule loading, engineering and procurement monitoring and controlling
• Collaborating and coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, construction representatives and personnel to ensure cohesion on site
• Preparation of procurement, information schedules and short term programmes.
• Post tender review.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in Planning within the construction industry, preferably in London
• Background of working on residential buildings, high end hotels, listed buildings – Grade 2, with project values of more than £100m
• Proficient user of Primavera (P6)
• Ability to integrate BIM 4D is advantageous but not essential
• Experience in Joint Venture projects would be advantageous but not essential
• The right to live and work in the UK
