Employment: Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant to support a busy Chairman with offices in Cairo, London, and Washington DC. This is a highly demanding yet rewarding role that requires complete dedication, the ability to think on your feet, and precision in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing, printing, and preparing and editing documents.
• Handle correspondence and manage communications.
• Develop and maintain contact with key aides, contacts, and selected contacts of the Chairman, including high-level officials.
• Draft and summarize reports, and conduct various types of research.
• Draft occasional essays, memos, or introductions to publications under the Chairman’s guidance.
• Manage and maintain the Chairman’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Plan, organize, and manage events such as working dinners, workshops, roundtables, and conferences.
• Monitor, examine, and handle monthly invoices and follow up on payments.
• Manage various insurance policies, including renewal conditions and obtaining competitive quotes.
• Oversee the Chairman’s art collection in multiple locations, including obtaining condition reports, arranging restoration and conservation, facilitating adequate insurance coverage, and maintaining records of artworks by location, artist, and purchase year.
• Liaise with art dealers and auction houses regarding potential new art purchases, including obtaining prices, condition reports, and provenance documentation.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, such as pilots and engineers, to ensure the smooth operation of the Chairman’s aircraft and monitor operational costs and invoices.
• Develop press releases and promotional materials as necessary.
• Coordinate with multiple offices and manage relationships with lawyers, auditors, and PR firms.
• Support the work of two Foundations.
• Provide assistance in various locations (London, Cairo, and Washington DC), during travel, on the plane, and at holiday destinations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO or Chairman.
• Willingness to work 24/7 and travel extensively with no personal obligations.
• Strong multitasking skills, able to manage stress with a calm and positive attitude.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute; experience with both Windows and Mac.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Manage a constantly changing schedule, anticipate problems, and provide solutions.
• Maintain an efficient mobile filing system.
• Coordinate with various offices, institutions, corporations, and foundations.
• Discreetly attend high-level meetings and take minutes.
• Follow up on complex tasks and handle family and personal matters when required.
• Demonstrate commitment, dedication, and the ability to work at a fast pace.
• Display a pleasant and professional personality.
• Dependable and trustworthy.
