Wordpress Developer

Job description / Role

We are looking for multiple experienced WordPress developers to join our rapidly expanding team developing and maintaining ed-tech and news websites. Company is based in U.K- London. (Remote Job, UK working hours)

You will want to join a technical environment, to be the "go-to person" on building internal & external sites in WordPress.

To be clear - we really need a WordPress expert, who can create custom themes & plugins from scratch if there's not one there that fits the requirements.

You'll must have strong working ability in HTML5 / CSS & of course WordPress, with some Javascript & WordPress specific PHP most likely. Possibly some CSS frameworks such as Tailwind? Although you'll get involved in this & learn from our Dev teams.

Candidates should have a strong portfolio of WordPress websites.

Your work will be sent directly to the Chief Technical Officer for review and publishing.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field.
* Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
* Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, HTML5
