Associate Strategic Planner

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:
• Research: Thorough and accurate research discovery + analysis from primary and/or secondary research sources (Kantar, Sermo, GlobalData, MRI). Appropriate “back and forth” dialogue on research requests with account, creative and planning personnel
• Subject Matter Expertise: Responsible for assimilating and articulating audience insights and trends, in both planning documents and knowledge-share activities on search and mobile. Further responsible for maintaining positive relationships with Agency’s search and mobile SMEs.
• Plan Development: Construct and populate ‘deck’ using Keynote template in conjunction with senior planners. Facilitate research discovery and analysis with account, creative and subject matter experts [SME].
• Knowledge Sharing: Responsible for finding and properly articulating research opportunities - based upon audience trends and habits - to Intouch and SME partners. Conduct agency-wide presentations of audience insights as approved by Group Planning Director.
• Collaboration: Work with senior planners in proper development of planning documents [POV's, decks] in appropriate software + platforms. Work with account management and creative in development of creative brief activation plan.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1-2 years of agency, research or analytics experience required.
