Our J-1 Internship and Traineeship programs provide international students and young professionals with the opportunity to live in the United States, develop hands-on skills in their field of study, and immerse themselves in American culture.


Program Highlights:

• Number of positions: 7
• $15 - $25 USD per hour
• Accommodation arrangements vary by host company and program location, but all participants receive support and guidance in securing housing.

About you:

• English Proficiency – Strong verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a professional U.S. environment.
• Adaptability & Flexibility – Ability to adjust to new workplace cultures, tasks, and diverse environments.
• Professionalism – Punctuality, responsibility, and adherence to workplace etiquette.
• Teamwork – Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Academic/Professional Relevance – Studies or work experience must align with the chosen internship/traineeship field.
• Cultural Openness – Willingness to engage in cultural exchange and represent one’s home country positively.
• The best candidates are those who combine academic or professional relevance with strong soft skills (communication, adaptability, professionalism) and who demonstrate a genuine interest in both career development and cultural exchange.

Eligibility:

• Internship: Current students or recent graduates (within 12 months) of a post-secondary academic institution.
• Traineeship: Young professionals with at least 1 year of related experience outside the U.S. (or 5+ years if not a degree holder).
• Good English communication skills.

Salary:
USD 2,800 to 3,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
