Job description / Role

Responsibilities

HR; onboarding and terminations as well as on-going HR functions

Workers’ comp cases

Obtaining quotes from vendors in order to create POs

Inputting received material into the system inventory

Code branch manager’s company-issued credit cards

In charge of ordering and issuing all company property, such as cell phones, uniforms, fuel cards, etc.

Keeping track of office supplies and placing monthly order

Knowledge on payroll, per diem & submitting PTO

DOT compliance.

Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• ADP Payroll System
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outside-the-box thinker; able to take brief instruction and run with it
• Familiar with DOT regulations
• Familiar with HR laws and regulations
