Project Manager - Luxury Residential - Las Vegas
* Role: Project Manager - Ultra Luxury Residential
* Location: Las Vegas
* Salary package: US $90,000 - $170,000 per annum + benefits
An extremely reputable high-end construction group operating across USA and I are seeking a Project Manager, to lead the development and construction of a cluster of Ultra-Luxury Residential developments in Las Vegas. The work is very client-engaged, and will fluctuate between pre-designed homes to highly customised homes. All of which or in the top 1% of the top 1% of luxury developments.
Many groups in Las Vegas have made a roaring return to development & construction, and for these companies it is a hot-bed of work at the moment.
Super Luxury Residential Project experience is absolutely essential for this position. For Visa purposes the role requires that you are either a US National or a Green Card Holder.
Requirements
Prerequisites for position
* Ultra Luxury Residential Projects experience
* US National or Green Card Holder
* Ideally USA based experience
* Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills
The salary will be around the region of US $90,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on whether your level of relevant experience.
