H1B cap exempt visa - Registered Nurse

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care for adults with acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to providing holistic care and improving patient outcomes.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Build and enhance essential nursing skills, including assessment, delegation, prioritization, and critical thinking.
• Manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Are You Eligible?

To qualify for our program, you must meet the following requirements:
• Education: BSN or MSN
• Licensure: Passed the NCLEX exam
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital bedside experience preferred
