Camp Coach Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and energetic sports camp coach and camp counsellor to join our growing camp.
In this position, you will play a key role in shaping and educating our 8- to 15-year-old campers by providing structure, supervision, and support to teaching staff as they implement the curriculum. You will also collaborate with other Supervisors to create a welcoming, safe environment for our students.

Camp Coach Duties and Responsibilities

• Guide and teach a range of sports and physical activities
• Ensure camper safety and monitor their activities
• Set up takedown of camp equipment
• Supervise campers during meals and breaks
• Instruct campers in daily routines and cleanup tasks
• Follow safety and emergency procedures and guidelines

• Student , Current Couches , Sports instructors are welcome to apply
• High energy and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic (we work hard so others can play hard)
• 2 years of experience working with youth in a sports setting.
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to lift and move camp equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be proactive with time management
• Encouraging campers and be patient when instructing
• Ability to serve as a positive role model and mentor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable in a team-player role
• Creative and innovative thinker and planner
• Strict adherence to camp philosophy, standards, and goals

Hours/Compensation

• Camp Coaches must be available throughout Summer Break (May 30 to August 10th) on the following days and times: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-6:00 pm.
• Salary starts from $650
• Housing and meals are FREE OF CHARGE
• Contracts and Visa sponsorship for a US visa are provided for elligible candidates.

• The program is offered under J1 cultural exchange visa program, only elligible candidates would be able to participate

Salary:
USD 650 to 1,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
