Employment: Full Time

JOB TYPE: Contract (Full time)

WORK PERIOD: 40 months

SALARY: $8,000 - $11,500 per month.

COMPANY AND LOCATION:
The client is a large construction company specialised in construction of industrial and technological facilities in the oil and gas industry. They are one of the recognised leaders in the market of oil and gas development in Central Asia and Russia. The job holder will be based at the project office/ site in Uzbekistan.


DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and manage office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide input in business and strategic planning
- Set goals for departments and individual managers
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement policies and develop improvements
- Organize and coordinate inter- and intradepartmental operations
- Oversee resource allocation and budgeting
- Provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate performance
- Resolve issues that may arise in a timely manner
- Assume responsibility for timely reporting to senior management or regulatory agencies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

Requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 10 years for gas/refinery/petrochemical plants in EPC Company as Administration Manager
- Proven experience as chief administrative officer/ Manager
- Experience in operations management
- Solid understanding of business functions (HR, finance etc.)
- Ability in decision-making and problem-solving

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements


QUALIFICATION:
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a definite plus

EXPERIENCE:
More than 10 years for gas/refinery/petrochemical plants in EPC Company (Administration Manager experience is required)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent people and team management skills
