Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting Manager/ specialist should have good written English. He/ she will prepare reports for all construction activities.

The client is a large construction company specialised in construction of industrial and technological facilities in the oil and gas industry. They are one of the recognised leaders in the market of oil and gas development in Central Asia and Russia. The job holder will be based at the project office/ site in Uzbekistan.

Reporting Manager/ specialist should have good written English.

He/ she will prepare reports for all construction activities.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (Civil/ Mechanical)
• More than 10 years for gas/refinery/petrochemical plants in EPC Company (Site Construction Manager experience is required)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 year experience as a site construction manager
• Background in EPC Company
• Strong knowledge of construction process, codes, norms and standards
• Leadership and HR Management Skills

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D etc

SKILLS:
• Strong knowledge of construction process, mechanical process, mechanical equipment, boiler as well as electrical equipment and instrumentation
• Familiar with applicable codes, norms and standards
• Project management and supervision skills
• Excellent people and team management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised and able to meet deadlines
