Structural Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures in compliance with international codes and project specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing structural drawings and calculations, ensuring design coordination across disciplines, preparing construction documentation, and supporting site and procurement teams throughout all project phases.

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures in compliance with international codes and project specifications.
• Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, specifications, and calculations provided by engineering consultants or internal teams.
• Ensure technical compliance and coordinate design interfaces with piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Prepare material take-offs (MTOs), construction drawings, and technical documentation for site execution.
• Provide technical support to construction and procurement teams during fabrication, erection, and installation phases.
• Provide necessary technical support to the commissioning team during the commissioning phase to ensure structural aspects are fully compliant and integrated with operational requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor ongoing structural works and ensure quality assurance and adherence to design.
• Participate in design review meetings, risk assessments, and constructability analysis.
• Collaborate with third-party consultants and clients to resolve technical issues and optimize structural solutions.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and promote a safety-first culture in all project phases.

• Bachelor's degree or above (discipline open; Civil/Structural Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering for industrial projects, preferably within oil & gas or heavy infrastructure sectors.
• Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
• Strong understanding of international design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills within multidisciplinary environments.
• Russian or Uzbek language proficiency preferred.
