Assistant Testing and Commissioning Manager - Metro Construction

My client is a leading contractor working on the construction of a new metro in Vietnam and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced assistant testing and commissioning manager. The role will be to work alongside the testing manager for the following duties;

• Preparation or review of Project Suite of Test and Commissioning Plans and Standard Operating Procedures ensuring that the Plans adhere to contract, IEC/JIS/Vietnamese or EN standards as required
• Review Test and Commissioning Plans for all Sub Systems as shown above compliance to the relevant requirements as required
• Review Test and Commissioning Test Procedures for all Sub Systems as shown above ensuring compliance to the relevant requirements as required
• Review Test and Commissioning Test Reports for all Sub Systems as shown above ensuring compliance to the relevant requirements as required
• Review of the Quality Assurance Documentation that effect On Site Testing and Commissioning Activities
• Be part of the Team that executes the System Integration Tests.

Requirements

• Candidates should have an engineering degree and should have a proven background of working as a testing and commissioning manager on major civil engineering projects.
• Candidates must have extensive knowledge of testing and commissioning on rail and metro projects and must be familiar with specialist rail electrical and mechanical systems.
