Associate Director Civil/Structural Engineering

Job description / Role

An opportunity to join an expanding consultancy specialising in end-to-end digital design delivery solutions for the Engineering, Architectural and Construction (sector. They have a diverse global client base and specialise in BIM, 2D/3D documentation, technical support, and project management services for architects, engineers, contractors, and developers worldwide.

• They require a Structural and Civil specialist to join the team who will lead and manage a
• high-performing team dedicated to delivering technical excellence and innovative
• solutions for clients in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction
• industry. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring
• compliance with relevant building codes and standards, and driving best practices
• in technical quality and digital delivery across all project stages.

• A degree in Structural, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Membership in a relevant professional body such as IStructE, ICE, Engineers Australia, or other recognized local equivalent is preferred.
• Alternatively, recognized structural/civil engineering qualifications with significant experience.
• 15+ years of experience in structural and/or civil engineering, including project management and major project delivery.

JD-Associate Technical Director-STR&CIV-2025
• In-depth knowledge of international and local structural and civil codes, standards, and construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams, including external consultants.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating multi-discipline projects and working across different engineering and design teams.

Fluent English, ability to work with international teams and clients.
• Demonstrates integrity, initiative, and a passion for innovation and excellence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire, develop, and motivate team members
