Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the polyurethane chemical industry. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PU chemical sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position our products effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide expert advice to clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the PU chemical or related chemical industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the Vietnamese market and business culture.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese language is preferred.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
