Job description / Role
Leading International boutique Hospitality Architects are looking for a Project Architect to lead large scale new build Hospitality projects in Ho Chi Minh.
Working with their International design team, this individual will be adept at liaising regarding design and local regulations, and leading the project over all stages of design and completion.
Internationally based documentation teams will support with the design development and technical documentation, thus this individual will be managing this process and overviewing the quality of the documentation.
Liaising with clients locally, and managing relationships with external consultants is also a key responsibility of this role.
Requirements
This individual will have 10 - 15 years experience post graduation of a Degree in Architecture and have experience working on large scale new build Hotel projects.
A proven experience on taking projects from design to completion is required, in the capacity as listed above.
Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills are required to liaise with International teams and clients on the ground.
Experience in Vietnam or South East Asia is ideal.
