Project Manager - Metro Construction

Job description / Role

My client is a leading contractor currently working on the construction of a major metro project in Vietnam. They are currently looking to recruit and experienced construction project manager to oversee to major packages of work. From a contractor background the candidates will be managing the construction package single handedly with minimal assistance from the senior management. The role will involve managing the project on site as well as overseeing all contractual issues, drafting of contract letters, document preparation, scheduling and planning of works, monitoring the work done by the specialist contractors, client liaison etc

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in engineering or construction and should have a wealth of construction projects management experience. Candidates should be familiar with overseeing all aspects of major construction projects with values of around £100million including overseeing all construction activities, contractual issues, liaison the clients, subcontractors, designers, monitoring the work done by the subcontractors etc
