Railway Maintenance Planner

Job description / Role

Required to join an international company working on the Ho chi City Urban Railway. The successful candidate will create and maintain an overall Maintenance Resources plan for Manpower, Resources, Equipment, Shifts etc to support the Maintenance plan for this Modern Urban Railway

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria

• Min 5 year Experience of leading Railway maintenance planning team on a shift bases comprising of modern rolling stock, track and railway asset including a maintenance depot repair work shop.
• Previous experience of written or update a maintenance plans for a Modern railways to take account of local staffing experience and training.
• Previous experience with developing comprehensive resource plans to take account of the resources and services necessary to create a comprehensive daily and monthly maintenance Plan.
• Highly experienced in undertaking daily resource plans for preventative and corrective rolling stock and railway asset maintenance on a modern urban railway.
• Outstanding Safety Awareness gained in an operational railway engineering environment
• NEBOSH or IOSH trained.
• Management of large diverse technical teams who will be working on a shift bases 24/7.
• Experience in developing and mentoring staff to gain experience and knowledge of modern maintenance processes and practices.
• Experience in the use of modern maintenance management systems (MMS), Preferably IBM Maximo
