Regional HR Manager (French-speaking) – Zambia
CLIENT
Linum Consult’s client is a market leader in the distribution of machine parts across the Mining, Civil Engineering and Heavy Industry sectors in Africa. Due to extended growth they are looking to hire a Regional HR Manager for their office in Zambia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of the human resources strategy across the region in adherence to the company’s policies and procedures. You will support line managers for their people management, detecting and advising on potential high risk or complex issues, as well as managing the local HR activities such as recruitment, remuneration & benefits, etc.
Requirements
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
• Degree educated at a reputable university, preferably in an HR-related subject
• 8 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within an Engineering industry (Mining, Construction, Oil&Gas, etc.)
• Bilingual in both spoken and written French and English
• Strong history of people management, with excellent communication and organisation skills
