Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automobile industry and possess the skills necessary to lead our finance department to success. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide financial guidance and support to our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial risks, and make strategic recommendations to senior management
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to make informed financial decisions
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits and ensure compliance

Working days 6 days a week

Salary:
USD 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role in the automobile industry
- Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to drive financial performance and growth
