The Concept, Counsel of Management Services, a division of Calibre Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Bombay, caters to Industry's demand for managerial/executive cadre personnel (junior, middle and senior level) in both domestic and overseas markets.

Started in 1980, it was headed by Late Shri Chander Batheja, an MBA from early batches of IIM, Ahmedabad and an Electronics Engineer from BITS Pilani. He had prior to launch of "The Concept" in 1980, worked at senior level in leading Indian Groups like TATA's and is a known personality in Placement Industry in India. The company is now being headed by his son Mr. Aljai Batheja who has been associated with the company since last 15 years.
