JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Secretary Admin to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Support the management in daily administrative tasks such as coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring protection and security of files and records
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a Secretary Admin or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
