The Arabian Delight chocolate concept was originated by Fawaz Masri, the Managing Director of La Ronda Emirates towards the end of last century. His dream was to offer the world a unique product from Arabia.

Since ancient times, Dates grew as a natural fruit in the Deserts of Arabis; hence the tradition developed to offer Dates whenever a guest is welcomed. Being a very nutritious and healthy fruit, rich in fiber, minerals and provides instant energy, it became the main source of nutrition. Due to its unique qualities, it was mentioned as one of the bounties of God for mankinds in the Holy books. Therefore, the Date fruit became the natural choice as a main ingredient for a dream to come true.

To make it more delicious it was eminent to combine heritage with modernity, therefore Almonds and Chocolate were added, thus bringing about a gourmet treat which turned out to be most appealing; and simply delicious.

Indeed a unique concept was created, and along with that came the need for serious development for each of the components in order to give the best of taste and goodness to the final product.
