To lead this project, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence.

As the Project Manager for our hotel refurbishment project in Rotterdam, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the project from inception to completion. Working closely with our client and subcontractors, you will ensure that all aspects of the project are managed efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the hotel refurbishment project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate alongside site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
• Communicate regularly with the client to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Salary:
EUR 120,000 to 150,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
