Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Service and Project Operation team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services as per customer agreements.
• Work in tandem with our Finance team to oversee accurate invoice generation and efficient payment collection in line with customer agreements.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with key customers at the opportunity management level, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Expand our customer base by strategically covering all assigned accounts in alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Engage with partners and suppliers, addressing pricing inquiries, new product introductions, delivery challenges, and market coverage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prepare compelling commercial proposals for customers, encompassing both technical and commercial aspects, to drive sales growth.
• Contribute to our organization's success through data-driven analysis, effective people management, and a commitment to innovation.
• Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and products, offering recommendations for enhanced customer satisfaction and increased sales.
• Identify new markets, products, and partnership opportunities, and actively participate in shaping our short, medium, and long-term sales and organizational strategies.
