REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years of experience managing camps/catering with multi-nationalities
• International recognized Qualification ie HACCP 4
• Experienced in the management of mass food production
• Able to create menus for a range of nationalities
• Able to produce reports for Clients and Management
• Fluent in English with good IT skills
