We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and manage all operations within a leading construction company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, business development, and operational efficiency of the organization. This is a senior leadership role that requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in the construction industry and a strong understanding of the Middle East market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the construction business, including project management, operations, finance, and business development.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the management team and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
- Drive business growth and development by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the company's presence in the Middle East/Africa construction market.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Optimize operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and make strategic decisions to maximize profitability and sustainability.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and industry events to promote the company's interests and enhance its reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Salary:
QAR 70,000 to 85,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
