Construction Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributing to the success of our projects in Saudi Arabia-Dhahran.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage and supervise project teams, including contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards on construction sites.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management, particularly within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions to ensure project success.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality and cost-effective results.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar, would be an advantage.
