JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Execute ‘order to cash’ processes with precision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the customer and sales teams to facilitate seamless process flows.
• Take ownership of customer-related processes from order placement to delivery management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer segments and territories.
• Provide proactive support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Utilize excellent telephone and written communication skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in system usage, particularly in SAP and Outlook.

Salary:
SAR 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service role.
• Fluent in English and a native Arabic speaker.
• SAP experience.
• The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and accuracy with strong time and workload management skills.
• Should be excellent in both their telephone and written communication skills
