JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Deputy CEO will be a key member of the Executive Management team, they will report to the CEO/President and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company.

The client is a leading Investment and Development group with a diverse portfolio and successfull deliver of various types of projects across the MENA region.
Description
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Formulating local policies,
* Managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
* Responsibility for other business development staff, including mentoring, training, recruiting and allocation of duties.
* Overall planning, implementation, execution and completion of sections of project to ensure successful completion of the project.
* Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.
* Manage planning and project implementation of the project to meet management's requirements.
* Securing new opportunities as per agreed target.
* Open links with local banks and investment companies.
* Guide the consultant team and to ensure project objectives met.
* Project feasibility studies and cash flow management.
* Close liaison work with local authorities & government agencies.
* Work closely with Functional Heads and operational divisions to understand and contribute to their requirements.
* Project manage new relationships, from initial contact, enquiries and tenders/sales, through to project delivery and ongoing follow-up.
* Represent the firm in a professional manner and present the Group's capabilities in keeping with its business goals and its cultural values.
* Develop business plans, annual budgets and targets with Functional Heads
* Advise on and assist with developing business structures and personnel within the Group to maximize the results of the Business Development function.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have:
* A BS in engineering, finance or related field.
* Total years of experience should be 15+ years with at least 3/4 years delivering in KSA.
* Preferred background is in real estate development, property management, construction industry and/ or Financial Institute with Real estate Transactions.
* Fluent both in English and Arabic
