JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the logistics and returnable packaging industry. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts in the logistics and packaging industry
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to acquire new accounts and expand market share
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the logistics and packaging industry
- Strong understanding of account management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate value propositions to clients
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the logistics and packaging industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Previous sales experience in the UAE is a must
