Employment: Full Time

• Build and maintain a portfolio of luxury properties to sell, utilizing both our existing database and your own network.
• Develop a deep understanding of prime luxury properties in Dubai, including market trends and property values.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers of luxury properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
• Negotiate sale agreements and oversee the closing process.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Stay on a level of competitor activity and market dynamics.


• Demonstrated success in luxury real estate sales, with a focus on Dubai preferred.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong network of high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
• Ambitious and motivated to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
